Return Policy
Our hope is that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please contact us at McFatherDesigns@gmail.com RE:returns right away. We gladly accept returns of unsatisfactory items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery in exchange for a McFather Design Shop Credit. Please be sure to package the items carefully and ship in the original packaging. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.                                                              

Shipping Information

All products come shipped USPS First Class $5.00 .If you have special shipping requirements, including but not limited to international shipping, please contact us at McFatherDesigns@gmail.com and we will get back to you shortly (additional rates may apply). All orders will ship within 1-2 weeks unless notified or is stated otherwise.

Proper Care of McFather Designs
Please treat your jewelry 'gently' the collection requires hand wire, and should be delicately handled and stored appropriately. Storing your leather lay them flat or hanging up  !! Protect the plating of your jewelry by removing it  before applying any kind of personal body product. Maintain your jewelry's shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair product, cleaning products etc.

Please note all items are handmade, therefore please allow ample time for designing and processing.

Sale items and flash sale items may not be returned or exchanged. They are a final sale.
